Her STEM Story

Website :

Hi, I am Prasha Sarwate, Thank you for stopping by! I am a mechanical engineer and I live in Providence,RI. I recently wrote an article at work for our “All Women Engineering Team”. I then thought about all my closest friends and acquaintances who have some amazing stories! I realized the idea of Women in STEM resonates really closely with me and the more I thought about it, the more I realized that a lot of things have happened in my life because of my choice of education. The education that gave me and even most of my women friends, the freedom, independence and a voice.

Through this website/blog & podcast, I want to use my voice and the hundreds of stories of REAL Women in STEM to inspire more girls to join forces to change the world!! Ordinary Women Extraordinary Stories.

Trying to create a community of brave, smart, aspiring and confident women, who can inspire girls to take up more challenging higher education and fill the gender gap in STEM fields around the world!.
